A deeply restorative process that will assist in releasing emotional blockages; find deep rest for the nervous system & support you in coming into the body resting the mind… incorporating compassionate listening, sound therapy, gentle breath work, shamanic healing and energy work.
Willow holds a gentle sacred and safe container for a powerful healing session. She calls on earth energies to hold you & channels various spirit guides such as Mary, Kuan Yin, archangels to assist through the process.
Sessions are approx. 1.5 hrs
$150 / $120 concession
